Hi, my name is Holly Marie Montague, and I am a year twelve student at Waiopehu College. There isn’t much to know about me. I am really just a typical teenager; like most, I go to school and do my art, English, etc., then I go to work. I’m hoping to save up for a car, but that’s not very interesting, so I’m going to tell you about my hobbies. Firstly, I love anything art-related; I always have seemed to love it, and I have my mum to thank for that. I was raised to work with my hands and create things, and I think doing that has helped me learn to persevere and problem-solve. I also love beauty-related things. There is something about helping someone feel confident and beautiful that really means something to me. Other than that, I don’t really have many interests. If I’m not working or at school, I like to just cuddle up in bed and watch movies with my cat. I am a very sensitive person, and there is nothing wrong with that. When I say I am sensitive, I mean I overthink and I like to be alone because I worry about what people think of me. I think that is why I have chosen to write blogs like these: to help girls like me who get overwhelmed by questions and girls who search for answers to ease their minds.
